Mission

The mission of the Alcohol and Other Drug (AOD) Prevention Programming Office is to provide leadership and overall management in developing, and implementing the university’s alcohol and other drug policies and procedures. The goal of which is to maintain a university community in which UCF students are supported in making healthy alcohol and other drug lifestyle choices.

Goals

• To coordinate implementation of UCF alcohol and other drug policies and procedures
• To provide effective leadership regarding Alcohol and Other Drug Prevention Programming
• To develop and implement effective AOD education and training opportunities
• To provide timely screening and intervention for students with identified AOD misuse
  or abuse issues
